Chloé
8 September 2009Last week I had a photo session with a beautiful girl from Rennes, Chloé Collewet. She’s a former drawing student of mine, and she turned out being a wonderful model! The idea was to get more material for the “special portfolio” I’d mentioned, which consists basically of a group of ‘edgy and fashionable’ photos I’m gathering for my agent. -For those who don’t know, fashion is one of my big passions!-. Chloé kindly agreed to pose for me, as well as bring garments of her own, previously chosen by me, to create different ‘looks’. All pictures where taken in my neighborhood; I had a lot of fun doing styling, makeup, etc, for each one of the shoots.
I actually wasn’t planning to show all these images here, but I really like them! Here go some outtakes too:
On another note, I will be exhibiting for the second time in France in the following months. More about this soon!

Rossi, these are all so amazing. I had no idea that you were interested in fashion photography. Oddly enough I think the outtakes are my favorite. That last one of Chloé with the knee highs is great.
Thank you Eunice! Yes I love fashion, but not all kinds of fashion photography…I prefer the edgiest. I inherited the interest for fashion from my mother, who was a model when she was young and collected fashion magazines. I now have my own collection :P
On a separate note, I’m loving to upload groups of pics on my website and read how everyone likes a different image <3
Love it !
The first one – wow! It looks like something from an old master of photography. I particularly love the second and third ones also. It must be interesting to share groups of work in this way, like you say, and get different opinions. You are doing really well with these different subjects. Chat soon!

as i posted it before checking the spelling!
is it weird to send it again……..!…..oh well!
anyway……
i really like the direction
your photography is moving in.
i think the fact that they are
more naturalistic makes them even more
…..strange.
the over use of photoshop
creates a easy ‘way out’
for the brain because it
is far more removed from
reality!
i also really like your styling/make-up.
very interesting/unique.
i would love to collaborate on something
one day……..
much love
